		<description>I would be a little careful when using multiple links in a widget. Google might moan that you are decieving people into linking to you. 

I could be wrong but 1 Link as indeed.com, but then other links especially keyword rich links should be nofollowed.

An intresting case regarding this was on SEOmoz
